About Me

I’m a creative soul by nature but my mum originally passed on the arts bug to me as a kid by being my first grade art teacher. My parents were also keen photographers and as a young teenager lent me an Olympus Trip 35 and I was hooked. This forced them into getting me my first SLR for my 18th birthday which eventually led me to study photography through college as a core subject of my graphic arts course.

That said and a mountain of construction paper later, I graduated from Reigate School of Art with a BTEC ND in Art & Design and the Surrey Institute of Art & Design with a degree in Animation.

I am passionate about all aspects of photography and always strive to capture beautifully crafted and emotive images.

Taking pictures is something I have enjoyed since childhood and my continued fascination also led me to study portraiture, studio lighting techniques, professional workflow discipline and image post-production at Reigate School of Art, The Trained Eye and Wimbledon School of Art.

Despite specialising within a few genres of photography I also enjoy innovation and capturing an ever-changing variety of subject matter. I believe that this is essential to artistic development and ensuring higher levels of creativity across the medium. Depending on the task, I have a range of photographic equipment at my disposal and coupled with an appetite for new projects to shoot means I can adapt easily to most requirements.
